We grow pitaya with both red and white flesh. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pitaya, also known as dragon fruit, is a fruit native to Central America. <\/p>\n\n<p>It has a very exotic flavour and appeals mainly due to its visual appearance. The white flesh version has a sweet and mild flavour, while the red flesh version has a slightly stronger flavour. More and more studies are highlighting its numerous nutritional properties, which have many health benefits.
