El aroma del producto ha sido uno de los elementos m\u00e1s destacados en la cata, donde se resalta la autenticidad y frescura del ingrediente principal; el tomate Bonnysa.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>La Saborsada\u00ae, la alternativa vegetal de Bonnysa a la sobrasada c\u00e1rnica tradicional, logra tambi\u00e9n la citada distinci\u00f3n donde se ha valorado especialmente la textura del producto y su untabilidad, as\u00ed como el intenso sabor del mismo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12817\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonnysa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/thumbnail_SABROSADA-300x199.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"384\" height=\"255\"><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el guacamole fresco ha sido distinguido con dos estrellas, coincidiendo la mayor parte del jurado en su buena puntuaci\u00f3n , donde la autenticidad de la receta ha sido muy valorada por estos. La textura y el recuerdo a una receta casera han sido los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes tenidos en cuenta. El guacamole Bonnysa recibe dos estrellas por parte del Taste Award, siendo el mejor valorado por este instituto europeo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Como apunta la Directora Comercial; Teresa Brot\u00f3ns, \u201cdesde Bonnysa estamos muy orgullosos de este reconocimiento que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del sabor del producto, ya que tambi\u00e9n reconoce el esfuerzo que hace todo nuestro equipo por crear recetas singulares, de sabor aut\u00e9ntico y de alto valor a\u00f1adido\u201d. \u201cEste tipo de iniciativas nos permiten evaluar y cerciorarnos de que el camino que elegimos para cada producto es el adecuado pudiendo sorprender a los paladares m\u00e1s exigentes. Actualmente seguimos trabajando y apostando por la IV y V gama para mejorar continuamente todos nuestros productos, y sobre todo por seguir desarrollando nuevas alternativas\u201d. \u201cEste galard\u00f3n, unido al dos veces logrado del Sabor del A\u00f1o con el tomate rallado fresco, ser\u00e1n dos importantes impulsos en un a\u00f1o donde poco a poco esperamos retomar la normalidad\u201d; finalizaba Brot\u00f3ns.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12818\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonnysa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/guacamole-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"381\" height=\"254\"><\/p>\n<p>El <b>International Taste Institute <\/b>es la instituci\u00f3n l\u00edder a nivel mundial en evaluaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n, tanto de alimentos como de bebidas, que cuenta con un amplio equipo de expertos que analizan con mucho detenimiento los productos que se presentan para obtener esta distinci\u00f3n. En estas catas se valoran elementos tan importantes como la primera impresi\u00f3n gustativa, la visi\u00f3n del producto, el olfato, el sabor y la textura. Como indican desde el instituto, algunos de estos valores son subjetivos y dependen no solo de la propia persona, sino tambi\u00e9n de sus h\u00e1bitos<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>culturales, por tanto, desde Bonnysa se resalta muy positivamente el resultado de estos productos con diferentes y reputados catadores de diversa \u00edndole socio cultural.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>A estos galardones se suma el premio al Sabor del A\u00f1o, recibido nuevamente por nuestro tomate rallado fresco que se ha convertido en el favorito de los consumidores.
